Historical Returns by Grade 3

  • This chart shows the historical performance by Loan Grade for all issued loans.
  • This chart includes all loans that were issued and is updated daily.
  • Net Annualised Return ("NAR") is a measure of return on investment. NAR includes the actual payments received from borrowers, net of service fees and actual charge-offs, plus recoveries. This net return is then annualised. NAR is not a forward-looking projection of the performance of any Loan or Loan Grade. Additionally, as NAR only measures the rate of return on principal invested, it excludes from the calculation both available funds and funds not committed to loans that are not yet issued.
